Shipping

Please be patient with orders. I am one person. Orders could take up to 2-3 weeks to order materials (if needed), make and ship. Thank you for your patience! 

Returns

There are no returns. If the crochet item has verifiable and genuine flaws, and there is persuasive evidence that the item has not been tampered with, I will gladly provide a refund or the item can be remade with no extra cost. I will decide what is appropriate. 

Sizing 

For any concerns regarding sizing, there is a general sizing chart I use if personal measurements cannot be provided. Craft yarn council general sizing chart. https://www.craftyarncouncil.com/standards/woman-size. But we kindly encourage you to enter your measurements for the best fit! (if applicable) Contact via email or direct message.

Customs

Email or DM me on instagram @top.tierthreads to discuss something you may want that is not on the site! This applies to colors, designs, etc, that are not listed. Please put desired color or ideas in notes or instructions, then I will email to confirm your purchase. An item or color you may want that isn’t on the site is not always guaranteed. 

Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If, by any chance, you have mistakenly entered an incorrect address and have already completed your payment, I am able to rectify the situation. However, it is essential to notify me promptly before an item is dispatched. 

Afterpay

Custom handmade items can get a bit pricey, but! TopTierThreads offers custom payments with Afterpay! The Afterpay option appears when you have selected your items and entered in your address. You can then select option, Afterpay, as your payment option.
